How To Make Pizza Dough From Scratch | No knead | Super Simple and Easy

Hello everyone!

Today, I will be sharing to you how I make pizza dough from scratch. It's super easy and my kids' all-time favorite!

PIZZA DOUGH
6 cups of all purpose flour
1/4 cup of white sugar
3 teaspoon instant yeast
2 teaspoon himalayan salt or iodized salt
2 1/2 cups of warm water
1/4 cup of olive oil

PIZZA TOPPINGS
Pizza sauce
Mozzarella cheese
Pepperoni

Instructions:

1. Combine the water and sugar. Stir a little. Then add the yeast. Let the mixture sit for a few minutes until it bubbled up.

2. In another bowl, combine the flour and himalayan salt. Iodized salt is fine to use too.

3. Add the flour gradually to the yeast mixture. Mix well everytime you add flour. Continue adding the flour until the dough comes away from the side of the bowl. You might not need to put the whole 6 cups. Take note that the dough will still be sticky.

4. Grease a large bowl with oil. Put the dough into the bowl and cover it with clean cloth. Let the dough rise until it doubled up for about an hour.

(Note: You may start preheating your over at 250C/450F for about 20 to 30 minutes)

5. When the dough has doubled up, spread some flour in you baking mat or parchment paper so the dough won't stick. Pull the dough and stretch it to create a round shape. Cut the dough in four equal portions. Set aside the other 3 portions and you may store it in the freezer.

6. Start rolling the dough out to your preferred shape. Then add your favorite pizza toppings. Bake for 10 minutes or until tge crust gets golden.
