Turkeys like to be petted, they even purr like cats. The little one in the video flattened herself on the ground and sprawled out her wings while I stroked her, that is until Ballerina (the big turkey) asserted his dominance, letting me know that’s HIS girl!

Did you know:
Sheep are extremely good at remembering around 50 individuals, sheep and humans alike, for years! I like to think that Harmony, the lamb with the orange splints, remembers me from last time I visited. Harmony came over for pats and then curled up next to me chewing away for ages!
