Quick Chicken Fried Rice | Chicken Fried Rice Recipe
Quick Chicken Fried Rice - Ready in 10 Mins
This chicken fried rice is quick and easy to prepare. I didn't add salt since I added the sauces in the fried rice. You may add a little salt if you want. I used Jasmine rice to cook this chicken fried rice recipe.
TIPS:
1. Prepare everything before you heat the wok. The ingredients have to be “ready” to add in the wok and right next to you where you can grab right away while you are cooking.
2. Use cold, leftover cooked rice. Rice that is cooked and still warm does not cook well when making chicken fried rice. It will turn out mushy and very sticky.
3. Use aromatics. Saute the aromatics (garlic & onions) with oil. The aromatic oil enhances the flavor of the fried rice.
4. Use high heat (refer to the video). If you are not comfortable using high heat or if you are a beginner, you may use medium heat but you have to cook a little longer. Over time you will get there as long as you get to enjoy your chicken fried rice 😊
1 CUP = 250 ml
1 TSP = Teaspoon
1 TBSP = Tablespoon
