Ariel Rider E-Bike 3000W Conversion (46 MPH)

So I basically got this non-functioning Ariel Rider Rideal E-Bike off FB marketplace. I was hoping it would be an easy fix but I couldn't resolve the issue.

What I decided to do was slap a 3000W Hub Motor kit from NBPower on it.

The battery I'm using is custom made. It is a 20s4p Molicel P45B battery with a 200A BMS.

I currently weigh 220 lbs and was able to hit 46 MPH on the bike. I am certain that with a lighter rider this would go over 50.

The frame is super nice for project builds like this one. If you can find one that doesn't work in your area, I'd highly recommend using it!
