Here’s your Soya Keema recipe—

Soak & chop soya chunks
Sauté garlic, chili, onion, tomato
Add salt + 1 tbsp besan
Mix in spices: red chilli, haldi, jeera, chaat masala, garam masala
Add water/cream (optional), cook 3–4 mins
Serve with chapati
