In this video, Michael points out the subtle differences between a single and double roller blind and shows why it is important to fit the double chain drives in the right position when installing so that the chains hang correctly. Start by installing the rear blind first, this is the sunscreen or light filtering blind. Then install the Blockout blind. Michael is using the Top Back Double Bracket, with both Blinds ordered in a Back Roll direction. This combination is the perfect solution for an outside mounted double roller blind as it will keep the fabric as close as possible to the architraves, thereby minimising the light gap, maximising privacy and reducing energy loss.
