How to Make Raspberry, Rhubarb, Gooseberry Jam
This is my recipe and process for making raspberry, rhubarb, gooseberry jam. We make what we grow. Gooseberries are loaded with pectin for forming a dense jam, rhubarb is for the flavor, and the raspberries are for my wife, ha! In honesty though, raspberries make good jam. It'll be on the runny side, but still plenty firm enough. Always jam never jelly!
