Pearl Jam's Eddie Vedder performs "My City of Ruins" for 2009 Honoree Bruce Springsteen, who wrote the song in 2000. In 2010, pearljam.com announced that Eddie Vedder's cover of "My City of Ruins" would be available on iTunes to raise funds for Haiti earthquake disaster relief efforts. The song entered the Hot 100 the following month, peaking at #92.
