Moscow's Unrealised plans 1930-1950

In 1935 a plan was conceived to reconstruct Moscow. Stalin's aim was to make the city, in the shortest possible time, the showpiece capital of the world's first Socialist Country.....
Here I take a look at this plan & the monolithic buildings conceived, yet not built. Including the Palace of the Soviets being one of the most extensive & impressive of the last century, together with a Palace of Technology, A House of Books, The People's Commissariat for Heavy Industry.......

I admit my pronunciation of certain Russian words may not always be accurate.
