CALAX update as of July 2022 (complete subsection 4 3 2 and 1)

Finally some notcieable movement on some areas of CALAX. The most awaited horse stable ROW issue isnt still fully resolved. Late June up to early July was a busy one for the contractor LCAL as they have installed girders on three bridges. Unfortunately the weather is not cooperative plus the terrain is muddy and slippery. As for the other aras of CALAX, there are noticeable developments also.
