Dad Cooking Fail

CORRECTION BLUE APRON... NOT BLUE RIBBON... GEESH AT LEAST IT TASTED GOOD.

Charlie's actually an okay cook... he just likes things WELL DONE! This weeks Cooking on the Range is a little different. Charlie takes the reins and cooks a DINNER IN A BOX from BLUE APRON. Katsu is a Japanese Dish of fried fish mixed with an oriental normally peanut based sauce. Tonight Charlie cooked... well... a less traditional version of Katsu with Fried Cod an numerous other interesting veggies and rice, including Gai Lan, Ginger, and Summer Squash.
