Tofu Nuggets

Ingredients:

• 1 kg. Tofu.
• cornstarch
• 2 eggs
• breadcrumbs
• 1 tsp. Salt
• 1 tsp. Pepper
• Cooking Oil

Instructions:

1. Remove excess water from Tofu. Then cut into cubes. Set aside.

2. Prepare all the ingredients.

3. Mix Cornstarch, salt and pepper

4. Beat 2 eggs and then bread crumbs.

5. Marinate tofu with egg, cornstarch , egg then breadcrumbs. Repeat procedure.

6. Heat the pan with oil. Cook the tofu in medium heat until golden brown.

7. Serve and Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce.
