In this episode of the Kundalini Yoga for Self Healing Program, Mariya will show you an awesome digestive exercise concentrating on the small muscle - ileocecal valve.
The ileocecal valve is a sphincter muscle situated at the junction of the ileum (last portion of your small intestine) and the colon (first portion of your large intestine). Its function is to allow digested food materials to pass from the small intestine into your large intestine.
If the ileocecal valve is jammed, this will help free it. The meridian stimulated also improves the pancreas and helps treat hypoglycemia.
