Exclusive Interview with fellow YouTuber in Ghana l 4K

Dejiha first visited Ghana in December of 2015 with a friend. It was an eye opening experience. After years of working for the United States Post Office she decided it was time for a dramatic change.

After preparing herself mentally, physically, and financially she was ready to embark on an adventure of a lifetime. So in 2019 she decided to pack up her things and move to Ghana to start her own business. She started a food truck business not long after settling in called "Deijhas Vu's Jerk Hut."

Her food truck design and menu is definitely influenced by her Jamaican upbringing. Just like in Jamaica, cooking is a family affair. Deijha hails from a long line of Jamaican chefs. Her grandfather owned and operated a Jamaican bakery for decades before he retired.
