Russia in the Middle East: National Security Challenges for the US and Israel in the Biden Era

As the Biden-Putin summit draws near, much attention has been given to the challenge posed by the national security policy vis à vis Russia.
The policy paper we are honored to present to you is the result of a joint study between experts from the Kennan Institute of the Wilson Center in Washington DC, and the Institute for Policy and Strategy (IPS) at the IDC Herzliya.
This combined paper enables a closer look at the desired policy from three aspects: the Israeli-regional, American-International and the American-Israeli relations perspective.
