How to setup the free customer support ticketing system in uKnowva
-------How to setup the free customer support ticketing system in uKnowva----
1. Login into your instance with an admin account
2. Click on the + sign in menu
3. Go to Extension store
4. Find the ticketing system extension
5. Click install
6. Done
7. Click on the newly created support menu
8. To configure Email accounts, Departments, Help Topics, etc. Click on Admin panel
9. Emails - Here you can edit/add all the email accounts and their SMTP info that you are going to use for your ticketing system. You can also setup Email templates and the response messages here
9. Departments - This is where you can configure all departments, setup department managers, emails, etc
10. Staff - Here you can configure the staff's signature, access role, group, etc
11. Settings - Here you can setup many things like date time format, timezone, system alerts
crons, etc.
13. You can also see the tickets statistics of each user on his/her profile
14. Moreover uKnowva also marks ticket's due dates on a user's calendar which is also sent as an email reminder
