Kettlebell Legs & Glutes Workout – Trying to Shape Up!

Aight, y’all, I had to tap in with a leg and glute day using the kettlebell! I ain’t gon’ lie, kettlebell workouts hit different, and my legs was feeling it! I did kettlebell swings, RDLs, and some cable kickbacks, tryna get these glutes right. I barely did any standing abs ‘cause let’s be real, I was too focused on making sure my legs ain’t give out!

I be seeing all the fitness gurus like Whitney Simmons and Natacha Oceane making these moves look smooth, but babyyy, my legs was SHAKING. Lizzo been in the gym heavy, so I need to stay on my grind, too! Whether you tryna build strength, lose weight, or just not struggle walking up the stairs, leg day is a must.
