Cooking healthy and cheap- living in Koh Samui, Thailand expat vlog

Are you interested in what is it like living as an expat on the island of Koh Samui, Thailand?
Today Nam comes to the house and helps me cook healthy dishes using Thai ingredients from the local market. We make fermented vegetables, Indian lentil soup, fried pumpkin and egg and mediterranean salad. Wat brings home one of my favorite thai fruits- jampa.
