In this video, How to trim out a glass sliding door![ COMPLETE TUTORIAL ON CASE MOULDING INSTALLATION] I am going to show you simple step by step installation procedures for case moldings.
There is no other home improvement for the money, that can change the look of a room the way that trim can. Replacing the trim in your home may seem like an impossible task, however D.I.Y'ers even at beginner level can have great results with this project.
The tools needed to complete this job are minimal, A miter saw, nail gun, tape measure and a miter protractor. For the best miter protractor go to @SawsetTools and your miter cuts will be perfect.
Wake up an entire room with a complete re-trim and the transformation will worth all the effort you have put in. There are many different styles and sizes of the trim moulding family for you to choose from.
Case moulding
This moulding is typically used around windows and doors.
Base board moulding
This moulding is typically used in trimming the wall to the floor.
Crown moulding
This moulding is typically used for trimming the wall to ceiling.
Chair rail moulding
This moulding is typically used to trim the wall about 30 inches from the floor. It is an excellent way to break a wall for two different paint colors.
The only thing left to do is pick the moulding out and install it.
