IMPORTANT:
I DROPPED A SURRENDER WHICH SOLD FOR 3D SO I HAD A 6 LINK (45ex) FOR KOPEC AND DORIYANI

Initial swap:
My totem level was 28
2 melee gloves,
+1 melee ammy,
+6 +5 melee maces. (25 ex, 5 ex respectively: just buy 2 +5 maces, dont splurg on the +6 until its cheaper)
3 link lvl 14 ancestral totem

To swap you want a minimum of 2 +3 melee gem maces, and a 3 link for ancestral totem (lvl 13+).
I do not recommend swapping until you unlock ancestral warrior totem (dont bother with shockwave totem).
