Shuttle HOT-137 VGA card (IGS IGA1680) DRAM Upgrade and Dos-Benchmark

Found this nice board with the IGA 1680_A in my stack and tried to upgrade it from 1 to 2 Mb.
I now have a 64-Bit card!
Any SOJ40 DRAM EDO 512kb (256x16) w/ 60ns or less _should_ work!

These _will_ work ;)
HITACHI: HM514265DLJ5
Siemens: HYB514265J-45
Micron Technology: MT4C16257DJ-6
HYUNDAI: HY514260B JC-6
Pros:

Windows now in High Res Truecolour
Card selfdetects DRAM

Cons:
No Speedgain in DOS
Still no VESA 2.0 with univbe (quake crashes in SVGA)
SOJ40 DRAM worth more than card ;)
