This is a “vent” in the sense it’s based on my life/real events. I don’t do a lot of straightforward vents nowadays and I am sure this is all too vague to get an idea lol. But considering the lyrics I made this more about thinking of the many past abusive/traumatic relationships I’ve been in, and how now I am so passionate about wanting to express my story clearly. I’ve been working likely on personal comics talking about trauma and I just find it very important for me to tell these stories (in a safe and healthy manner) so that people who silently sit wondering if they’re alone can heard that they aren’t. While I’m actively still affected my past triggers and the way I was groomed I’m very angry about the past and how it happened and I want to yell it to the world.
