GRILLED CHICKEN and VEGGIES with LEMON BUTTER SAUCE | Without oven Grill Chicken Recipe
'GRILLED CHICKEN & VEGGIES' is a very tasty & healthy whole-meal dish for lunch or dinner. It’s very easy to prepare with few ingredients in less than 40 minutes. I’m sure that the smell of grilled chicken and slightly burnt vegetables with the flavor of garlic, olive oil, and fresh parsley will make you feel hungry. So prepare it at your own kitchen and enjoy the delicious taste of this with your beloved ones. Even you can make this dish with other meats like lamb, goat, pork or beef as well.

Ingredients:
--------------------------
1. Chicken breasts
2. Olive oil
3. Chopped garlic
4. Chopped parsley
5. Black pepper powder
6. Salt
7. Red chilli flakes
8. Butter
9. Lemon juice
10. Boiled vegetables
-------------------------------
LEMON BUTTER SAUCE:- At first take 3 tablespoons of butter, let it melt. Then add 1 teaspoon chopped garlic, stir it until you smell the nice flavor of both, after that add 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 teaspoon finely chopped parsley, 1 teaspoon crushed black pepper, salt to taste, 1 teaspoon sugar and 1 tablespoon mixture of corn flour and water. Mix it well and make it a medium thick sauce.
