Ironman 70.3 Turkey 2020 - RACE DAY!! Did I achieve my goal? Fun travel footage too!

This is our trip to 70.3 Turkey. Race day was November 1st 2020. My goal was to go sub 4:30.

Quite unreal we were able to race in this COVID climate. I can highly recommend this race, as well as Turkey. The course is brilliant, flat and fast. The locals were incredibly friendly, there are some beautiful places to visit, the food and shopping is amazing. We want to go back next year!

One thing that I forgot to mention or display is I rode the final 8km of the bike course with a flat tyre 😂.. If I stopped I knew I would have to give up my 4:30 goal, but I was seemingly able to keep good pace on the flat so I pressed on!
