材料 ingredients

搅拌 Blend
2-3片姜片2-3 ginger slices
2寸黄姜 2 inches of turmeric
2寸南姜 2 inches of galangal
2个石栗果仁 2 candlenuts (buah keras)
5条青色小辣椒 5 green bird’s eye chillies
4-5粒蒜瓣 4-5 Garlic cloves
6-7粒小葱头 6-7 shallots
放一点水搅拌 Add some water and blend

1. 1条马鲛鱼（什么鱼都可以）1 mackerel fish (any fish)
*加点盐和2茶匙黄姜粉腌制 season with salt and 2 tsp turmeric powder
(要不要煎鱼都可以 It is optional to fry the fish)
2. 1条香茅 1 lemongrass stalk
3. 1片青柠叶2 lime leaves
4. 1片亚参1 tamarind slice (asam keping)
5. 200ml 椰浆 200ml Kara coconut milk (santan)
6. 2茶匙盐 2 tsp salt
7. 1茶匙糖1 tsp sugar
8. 1粒番茄（切片）1 tomato (sliced)
9. 2条红辣椒 2 red chilli
10. 熟蛋（可省略）2 hard boil eggs (optional)
