Intel Haswell i5-4670k i5-4690k "Sweet Spot" 4.6GHZ Overclock @ MSI Z87-G45 (1.22v)

Here is the "Sweet Spot" overclock in my opinion for the i5-4670k and most likely the i7-4770k as well. This looks to be my new favorite overclock, a balance between speed and safety.

The settings are really easy, just dial in the cores and then change the voltage. I will look into more of the intricate settings that MSI offer on this bios over the next few months, but I do recommend grabbing this motherboard as it looks to be a solid overclocker.

RAM - Elixir 4GB x 4 @ 1866-9-10-9-28 (1.56v)
CPU - i5-4670k
Motherboard - MSI Z87-G45
Cooler - Scythe Apsalus2-90
SSD - Intel 335 240GB
GPU - Galaxy GTX670 OC Edition
