Baia Verde -Gallipoli - Salento

Baia Verde è una località balneare situata a 3 km a sud di Gallipoli e presenta una costa bassa e sabbiosa. La località è posizionata in prossimità del Parco naturale regionale Isola di S. Andrea e litorale di Punta Pizzo, istituito il 10 luglio 2006 allo scopo di salvaguardare la variegata natura del luogo costituita da macchia mediterranea, pseudo steppe mediterranee, ambienti umidi.

Baia Verde is a seaside resort located 3 km south of Gallipoli and has a low and sandy coast. The town is located near the S. Andrea Island Regional Nature Park and the Punta Pizzo coastline, established on 10 July 2006 in order to safeguard the variegated nature of the place, consisting of Mediterranean scrub, pseudo Mediterranean steppes and wetlands.
