Why Is Splatsville Called the City of CHAOS? | Splatoon 3 Theory

With Splatoon 3 being announced about a month ago, speculation about what happened in Splatoon 3 is still apparent with the Splatoon 3 trailer that was shown. It’s virtually confirmed that chaos has had some kind of effect on what the game would look like because of the very blatant insinuation shown in Nintendo’s tweets, even calling Splatsville, the hub of Splatoon 3 the “city of chaos”. A couple things like the splatoon 2 salmonids being not only brought back but becoming your allies, in addition to the general overworld made me raise a few questions as to how chaos is prevalent in splatoon 3.
