Completing a contract to Lend and Borrow - Lend at Hodl Hodl

This video demonstrates how to complete a Lend and Borrow contract at the Global P2P Bitcoin-backed non-custodial lending platform, Lend at Hodl Hodl.

Steps:

1) From the home page, click Lend or Borrow.
2) Filter the offer list and click an offer.

(Assuming offer taker is borrowing and offer owner is lending)

3) Borrower reviews offer terms, and enters the amount, Stablecoin receiving address, and Bitcoin receiving address.
4) Lender clicks Accept, enters Stablecoin receiving address (for loan repayment) and Bitcoin receiving address.
5) Lender and Borrower confirm their payment password.

(Contract status changes to ‘Depositing’)

6) Borrower sends the Bitcoin collateral to escrow and clicks “I’ve sent funds”.
7) Lender waits for the Bitcoin escrow (collateral) transaction to be confirmed.

(Transaction is confirmed, Contract status changes to ‘Payment’)

8) After the Bitcoin escrow transaction is confirmed, Lender sends the Stablecoin loan to Borrower and provides the link to the transaction ID.
9) Borrower confirms the payment (loan) was received, clicks ‘Confirm Payment Received’ and enters payment password.

(Contract status changes to ‘In Progress’ and we are assuming early repayment.)

10) Borrower clicks ‘Make Early Repayment’ and submits the link to the repayment transaction ID.
11) Lender confirms repayment has been received and clicks ‘Confirm Early Repayment Received’.

(Contract status changes to ‘Completed’.)

12) Borrower refunds collateral.
