2024 World Series Game 1 - Yankees vs Dodgers , Diamond Mind Simulation

The odds say the Dodgers will win 5-4. Let's see what the Sim Gods say. I manually created the current Yankees and Dodgers rosters into a 2-team Diamond Mind Home Game league and ran a Sim of Game 1 (I only simmed 1 game) I took the 2024 player splits from Baseball Reference and the player ratings from the online 2023 Diamond Mind SSG DB. I only created the starting lineups , the scheduled SPs and 3-4 key bullpen guys due to the time involved (someday I will write a utility to do this automatically). I let the Computer Manager select the lineups and handle all in-game decisions.

I could have just recorded the DM pbp screen as the game ran but my PbP screen is flashier. It did take some manual data entry though so there are some minor glitches. It just shows the results of each play, not pitch-by-pitch. The Vin Scully intro is from the last game of the NLCS against the Mets because I won't have the actual intro until the real game starts.
