How to use eyebrow pens or markers to give a sharp eyebrow 'tattoo' effect. Brow pens can be very realistic and long-wearing, with most formulas being waterproof, but the application technique is a little different to other products and takes a bit of practice to perfect. I hope this short tutorial is helpful! Oh and apologies for the audio issues in this video, I thought the microphone was switched on but alas... 'twas not the case. *head desk*
