INGREFIENTS FOR THE LEMON OIL CAKE ARE AS FOLLOWS:
337 g white granulated sugar
311 g cake flour
240 ml cooking oil
250 ml butter milk( to make butter milk add 2 tbsp/ 30ml white vinegar or lemon juice to 220ml full cream milk, prepare butter milk at least 5 minutes before mixing in ingredients to allow butter milk to set)
4 medium size eggs
5 g baking powder
5 g baking soda
10 ml lemon juice
10 ml lemon essence
10 ml lemon zest
