release others and their offenses and our bitterness
05:26 - Fifth, discern how hurts have distorted our view of God and ourselves.
lying thoughts about ourselves and God and replace them with truth, seeing ourselves as God sees us, accepting ourselves as he does. These things help emotionally and spiritually.
07:45 - Sixth, share with God what's on our Hearts
sharing with God what is in our hearts no matter how hurt or empty we think they are.
08:41 - Seventh, ask God to send encouraging people in our lives.
