Ingredients
1 medium onion, finely chopped
3-4 cloves of garlic
1-2 tbs red pepper paste
1 tsp tomato paste or ¼ cup sauce
350-400 g turkey leftovers
500-600 g cooked red kidney beans
6-8 cups of vegetable broth or kidney beans broth (I cooked mine , but you can use about 2 cans of ready beans and add the broth to it)
2 tbs olive oil
1 tsp dried basil (you can also use mint, dill or savory )
1 tsp black pepper paste
⅓ tsp curry powder
⅓ tsp cumin powder
⅓ tsp coriander powder
¼ tsp cayenne
2 bay leaves ( I also added some fresh chili peppers)
Salt to taste

Fresh cilantro or parsley to your taste
