You won't believe this is Istanbul; Sarıyer Bosphorus

In this Istanbul video I walk in Sarıyer, a very interesting part of the City. Sarıyer is a northern neighbourhood of Istanbul on the European shore of the Bosphorus near the Black Sea. I arrived to Sarıyer with the Bosphorus Ferry from Beşiktaş. I filmed this Bosphorus ferry ride also:

Sarıyer was a fishing village before it became a part of the city. Still you can see fishing boats and seafood is still a specialty here. I started walking from the ferry pier. Especially the sea side is beautiful and full of nice seafood restaurants and cafes.

And don't forget to try a good Sarıyer Börek (Sarıyer Böreği)
