See yourself BIGGER than the issue! In your mind, visualize yourselt as this massive giant looking over this obstacle that is much smaller than you. When you see yourself bigger than the challenge, it will not have weight over you. You will not be drowning in it.

See yourself as the leader that you are!

Take the emotion out of it and make the decisions necessary to move forward.
