How Ports Toronto and Porter Airlines faked my case discriminating me

FROM THE AUTHOR: 2 minutes and 12 seconds of this video was shot at the Billy Bishop airport in Toronto which is operated by Ports Toronto. I worked as a customer service representative for Porter Airlines. In May 2017 I used my cell phone for the video recording. I was assigned to work at the gate 6 where the video is shot. I used my free time for those shootings. Any damage was caused to neither parties. There were a surveillance cameras at the area. No operations were impaired neither security alarm sounded. Two days after my video was published on Youtube Ports and Porter initiated an investigation on it. I was called to the meeting with the managements. I said my video was addressed for Uzbek people, that it was about discrimination by Uzbekistan Airways, that I mentioned Porter Airlines as a good example to follow. But, Ports Toronto suspended my restricted area access card for 3 weeks. Porter Airlines also suspended me. Moreover, later the Ports’ manager extended it for another week saying she has concerns about the planes taking off and landing at the background of my video. I was told there was no appeal for their decision. But in January 2021 I was given a document showing I missed the appeal time. I filed a Small Claims Court and Human Rights Commission (HRC) complaints. In its response, Ports Toronto sent me investigation documents which showed that Ports faked the documents just to suspend me. HRC rejected my complaint on the base that I missed the time to file.
