Easy flavorful chicken stew! #instantpot

I get asked this all the time, no I did not add any water! The instant pot and the meat provides the juice. This is also why I used 6-8 oz of tomato purée/ sauce instead of 2 chopped tomatoes. If you want to do chopped tomato instead of purée, sprinkle a little water in the pot!
