DOORDASH HIDDEN TIP INSANITY! But Maybe It's Good?

I went out on a typical night delivering food with DoorDash. What happened to me was highly unexpected.

Every single order I accepted had a hidden tip after the delivery was complete. I honestly do not know how we are supposed to judge our orders precisely and effectively from the acceptance screen if we do not have all of the information up front. However, I was still able to make a decent amount of money in the time that I worked. Maybe DoorDash realizes it is unfair to always hide tips at low amounts and now wants to hide tips at higher amount as well.
