This theory relies on the connection between All Might, Detective Tsukauchi and Captain Celebrity. With Gran Torino and All Might (soon) out of the picture, Tsukauchi must fill the void and get Deku the training he needs to defeat Shigaraki. Captain Celebrity can teach Midoryia how to master his float quirk and fly through the sky… and Tsukachi might have a way to make this happen.
