Is Naples Expensive?

Naples is the largest city in Southern Italy and it is famous for its intoxicating mix of Old World charm and modern grit. I visited it in November 2021 but got stuck in 4 days of uninterrupted rain. Nonetheless, I enjoyed every second I spent there also because of the affordable cost of living (by European standards).
