DODA Screw Separator

Doda screw separator with its compact design, easy installation, and simple to maintain features is an excellent machine for the separation of solids from liquids and sludges using an auger rotating at 30rpm inside two wedge wire screens.

Manufactured in 304 stainless steel with manual or automatic adjustable weights to control the dry solids consistency of up to 40%.

TECHNICAL FEATURES:
- Completely AISI 304 stainless steel with removable access covers for inspection and cleaning.
- Heavy-duty planetary gearbox powered by a local 15 HP USA high-efficiency motor.
- HD stainless steel cast augers with a highly abrasion-resistant hardened surface.
- Internal chopping system with eight vanadium blades.
- Dual seals with automatic greasers to protect the gearbox.
- Product detector sensor for automatic start and shutdown.
