My Apulian trullo home tour

Inside a typical trullo in the Valle d'Itria, Puglia.

Most people know trullos for the worldwide renowned town of Alberobello, but only a few know that trulli can actually be found throughout the whole Puglia region and in particular in this valley.

Valle d'Itria is an area located in the Apulia region, in Southern Italy. It spreads over the Province of Bari, Brindisi and Taranto, and coincide with the lower part of Murgia upland (Low Murgia). The most known towns to tourists are Martina Franca, Locorotondo, Cisternino and Ceglie Messapica.
