Last week, I had the pleasure of enjoying an incredible lunch with a dear Thai friend and renowned Bangkok food blogger, Chanin_Zae. Our culinary journey began as we sat down to savor mouthwatering Thai dishes: red chicken curry, som tum bu (a spicy green papaya salad with a river crab), and, unexpectedly, stir-fried instant noodles.
As we dove into this enticing meal, Chanin_Zae divulged a captivating secret that left me utterly astonished and changed the whole way I experience Thai cuisine: the som tum bu salad, he revealed, reaches its true potential when fused with the stir-fried instant noodles!
