Afinitas Prima Process Line

The Afinitas Prima Wetcast Automation system process line can be customized to meet every concrete product producer's needs. Every workstation is equipped with everything needed to do the job for that particular workstation, including tools, lift inserts, reinforcement and more. Each system has a customizable heads-up display screen that provides real-time production information. The system features an ergonomic production mat throughout the process line to increase safety and employee well being. Operators simply push a button to signal a task is completed and cycle time is logged into the system.
