ෆොන්ඩන්ට් වීඩියෝ මාලාව වෙනුවට එක වීඩියෝ එකක් කරන්න කියලා ගොඩාක් දෙනෙක් ඉල්ලීම් කරලා තිබුනා. ඒ නිසා කලින් මම වීඩියෝ මාලාවක් විදියට දාලා තියෙන මාෂ්මෙලෝ ෆොන්ඩන්ට් හදන විදිය විස්තරාත්මකව එක වීඩියෝ එකක් විදියට මේ වීඩියෝ එකේ පෙන්නලා දෙනවා..මාෂ්මෙලෝ ෆොන්ඩන්ට් හදන විදිය ,වර්ණ ගන්වන විදිය, රෝස මල් හදන විදිය සහ ගොඩක්ම සරලව කේක් එකක් සරසන විදිය ඇතුලත් වෙනවා.
Marshmallow Fondant from scratch
Ingredients
1. 500g of Marshmallows
2. 1 kg of Icing sugar
3. Some shortening
4. 2-3 tbsp of Water

අවශ්‍ය ද්‍රව්‍ය
1. මාෂ්මෙලෝස් ග්‍රෑ 500
2. අයිසින් සීනි කිලෝ 1
3. ශෝට්නින් හෝ මාගරින් ටිකක්

4. වතුර මේසහැදි 2-3 ක්
