🍕 Chicken Cheese Pizza (Bakery Style at Home)
📝 Ingredients
🔹 For the Dough:
2 cups maida (all-purpose flour)
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp instant yeast
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil (or regular oil)
¾ cup warm water
🔹 For the Chicken Topping:
1 cup boneless chicken (small cubes)
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
½ tsp chilli powder
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp mixed herbs
Salt to taste
2 tbsp pizza sauce (for mixing in chicken)
🔹 For Assembling:
½ cup pizza sauce
1½ cups mozzarella cheese (grated)
2 tbsp chopped capsicum
2 tbsp onion slices
2 tbsp sweet corn (optional)
Oregano & chilli flakes
👩‍🍳 Step 1: Prepare the Dough
Mix warm water + sugar + yeast. Rest 5–10 min until frothy.
In a bowl add flour + salt.
Add yeast mixture + oil.
Knead for 8–10 minutes until soft.
Cover and rest 1 hour until doubled.
🍗 Step 2: Cook the Chicken
Heat oil in a pan.
Add ginger-garlic paste.
Add chicken + spices + salt.
Cook 6–8 minutes until done.
Add 2 tbsp pizza sauce and mix.
Cool slightly.
🍕 Step 3: Shape the Pizza
Punch down dough.
Roll into round base (not too thin).
Place on greased tray.
Prick with fork.
🧀 Step 4: Assemble
Layer in this order:
Pizza sauce
Cheese (first layer)
Cooked chicken
Veggies
More cheese on top
🔥 Step 5: Bake
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Bake 15–18 minutes.
Cheese should melt & edges golden.
Brush crust with butter after baking.
🍳 No Oven Method (Tawa Pizza)
Heat thick tawa on low flame.
Place rolled base and cook one side slightly.
Flip, add toppings.
Cover with lid.
Cook 8–10 minutes on low heat.
✨ Tips for Perfect Pizza
✔ Use warm water, not hot (yeast dies).
✔ Don’t overload toppings.
✔ Always preheat oven.
✔ Add cheese at bottom AND top for stretchy texture.
