In this episode, presented by Matthew Trainer, we spoke to Japleen Kaur about our new volunteer befriending scheme, which offers support for service users who have been recently discharged and would benefit from a friendly listening ear to ease their transition back home.

Our inspirational community nurses and the life-changing work they do out in the community, behind closed doors, was featured over the bank holiday weekend on Sky News. We replayed the short film so you can see how they are a lifeline to so many.
