History Teacher Explains Red Dead Redemption 2 (Part 1)

I'm a high school history teacher and in this first part of a series on the real history behind Red Dead Redemption 2, I cover the introduction of RDR2 and some of the historical context behind the setting. Red Dead 2 takes place in 1899 so this includes Western Expansion, the treatment of Native Americans by the United States, the third Bubonic Plague epidemic, the Spanish-American War, and the Philippine-American War.
