Raft - Disappearing Animals

I've heard people talking about vanishing animals in Raft but never happened to me until now. so i decided to test why this was happening, and the goat in my case vanished right in front of me.
This only happened because the raft was rotating / stuck on a reef, and i guess the animal was close to shore so it kinda did an "unstuck"
